If you've finally decided you're too good to exercise with any part of your body actually touching the ground, you've come to the right place. On Wednesday, May 27 at 7pm, The Welcoming Committee is teaming up with Levitas Yoga to give 10 of our members a private, one-hour anti-gravity session in their new studio.

As you float three inches above the ground in a supporting silk hammock, an instructor will guide you through a series of meditative stretches and poses designed to decompress the spine and recalibrate the body.

If you want to hang with us (ba-dum ching!), be sure to arrive 15 minutes early. You'll need to get fitted for a hammock. Also, plan on wearing a shirt with sleeves for maximum comfort. No mats needed!
